"Amazing Salesperson" Samantha was an amazing salesperson. She treated me like a person unlike many other dealerships I visited. She respected my financial limitations but still got me in a car I never would have thought to even consider. She went above and beyond. The reason I would not recommend the dealership is because of the miscommunication between the front desk, sales, and finance. But Samantha as an individual was fantastic!
"Thank goodness for the return policy" We recently purchased a new Explorer Sport from Groove Ford and couldn't be happier. We almost purchased an Explorer Platinum from another dealership but couldn't reach an agreement on the price so we came to Groove Ford. There we were helped by Victoria and Gabrielle. "Great Team" Ken and his team were very professional. There was no pressure at all; I felt welcome and comfortable with the buying process. I have purchased over 40 cars from dealerships in the last 30 years and this purchase was in the top five best experiences for me. Ken kept the communication alive for the ten or so days that I took to do my research. I'm not an easy guy to deal with and Ken made it happen!
"Excellence still exists" My brother is mentally challenged but does have a driver's license. He had a work injury which made it necessary to sell his manual Tundra for an automatic. Todd Ermentraut handled both ends and made this a flawless situation for my brother who was very nervous about the transaction.
