"EASY and PLEASANT" I was really impressed by the employees at Groove Ford on Arapahoe. They are all very helpful and even now when I take my car in it's easy and pleasant. They take pride in helping me and I know my car is in good hands. I tell everyone I know to ask for Todd Ermentrout, who has been there for me from the beginning and will be there until I sell or trade. All the employees have been great and trustworthy. "Wonderful experience " I had the best car buying experience and would recommend Jason any day of the week. He was patient, knowledgeable and a hoot. He will keep you entertained the entire time. "Gabe was very friendly and helpful and most of all patient!!" Gabe took the time to allow us to look and talk between ourselves but also knew so much about the features of the trucks! She was able to tell us about the different features and took the time to help us figure out what we wanted and how important each feature was to us. We did not end up buying a vehicle with Groove but we had a positive experience and would recommend them!!

"Excellent Customer Service" Carol was fantastic. She listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle. I was looking for a specific Price of an F-250 that met my needs and although we were not able to make a deal this time around for some personal financial reasons of mine, I will most definitely go back soon as possible as Carol insisted she would find me what I need. I would recommend Carol to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle!
