"Honest, Friendly, Knowledgable" My boyfriend and I walked into Groove Ford upside down in a broken down gas gusling truck. Mark worked with us and finance to get us in a brand new Ford Escape. He was patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable about what we needed to get the payment where we needed. I highly recommend Groove Ford and Mark for all future car sales.
"Relaxed, positive atmosphere." I was getting my fusion serviced when one of the Sales Rep's, Finn, came over to me. He was such a nice guy! Even though I wasn't there to buy a car, he checked that I was catered for and that everything was going well. He actually cares about people at the dealership. Not to mention, he was dreamy, lol.
