"What an experience " When I first arrived at Groove Ford it was a pleasent time. Great facility with quite the selection. Very inormative salespeople, but Tim and his brother Ken were above and beyond. Very intellectual with models and features available. Not at once did i feel pressured by either one. Very good timing. I was very pleased and will surely make a purchase in the future.

After spending several days trying to get ahold of someone to get me in for a recall appointment, then again to figure out what all was needed to purchase my leased vehicle, I was frustrated to say the least after I was blown off and passed around from person to person with no return phone calls. "Great Service" Joe Amaro was a great Sales Associate, he knew the information of the car I was looking at and gave me a great test drive to show all of the features of the vehicle. He also arranged for me to take the car home the same day even though I wasn't ready with my finances at that time.
