He was always quick to respond and provided updates on the process as we waited for the vehicle to arrive and the loans to be approved. Grace was also great at moving the paperwork and finances along to complete the purchase. Overall, everyone at the Groove was very nice and helpful during my interactions with them.

Arnoldo was the only Subaru sales rep in Colorado that was able to set up a test drive of the new Crosstrek. He talked me through all the features, demonstrated them, even put my car in a structure to protect it from hail. Outstanding!!!
