The dealership facility has limited parking and access. The personnel more than make up for the actual facility. Our sales rep Esteban Rios is excellent and is extremely knowledgeable of the product. Other dealerships we visited couldn’t work the technology during the test drive. Esteban was flawless and an excellent teacher.
Moses was wonderful too work with! He was very patient with us and did everything he could do to make this deal work out! Thank you for hiring such a nice guy. He really knows what he’s doing. And his personality is great.

Groove is committed to keeping their customers happy. I was there for oil change and tire swap and got a text estimate for $113. When I arrive to the counter to pay, they said my total was $169. I asked about the discrepancy and they said it was taxes, etc.. I do not believe in getting a quote and then being told to pay a different price. the manager on duty was able to adjust the price accordingly. Thank you groove I will see you again!
Patrick and Groove are awesome! ! I visited another Subaru dealer and they made me feel like my needs weren’t important (or a priority), but then I contacted Patrick. Although there is a Subaru dealership in my town of residence, I have repeatedly found it to my fortunate benefit to travel the 120 miles into Groove Subaru in Littleton, Colorado.
