I was very hesitant, since I've had the Mini for 10 years, to move to a newer and larger vehicle. Working with Andrew was a very good experience. He was patient, informative and helpful, not pushy and deceitful, like I have experienced elsewhere. Grace was also great to work with. She was a delight to talk to and answered all of my questions. Even while sitting in the waiting room, several people stopped to see if I needed anything. I will recommend Groove Subaru to anyone looking for a good experience with a car dealer.
Groove has a very flexible service scheduling process. I was able to change my scheduled time for servicing to one more convenient to my personal schedule. I appreciate the flexibility shown and the complementary process of listening!
