My new Crosstrek is the 2nd Crosstrek we have purchased from Groove. We are happy repeat customers with sales and service.
It took 4 months to get a second key for my car which was very frustrating. Once the key was available, The service center was very quick to program the key to my car and only took 10 minutes. I was told could be 2 hours, but they did it much quicker than I expected.
