We've been using Groove Subaru since we bought our Ascent there back in 2018. Service has always been great. Our advisor this time was Ron Baca and he was absolutely wonderful. He took very good care of us and made sure everything went well with our 30K service. Ron was extremely warm and easy to work with. We will continue to ask for Ron whenever we bring out vehicle in for service.
Everyone was nice, worked with us to meet our goals. Process took over 3 hours would be my only complaint.
Great experience. Everyone was so helpful. They checked our Low Tire Pressure warning light, filled the tires, and all was good. We also got additional information regarding an extended warranty for our Crosstrek. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Thank you!
Nick and Grace were amazing I am 100% satisfied with Subaru I'm super Groove Subaru treated me so good I will recommend my friends and family and I would do it all over again Nick and Grace were absolutely amazing.
