Adrian did not helped me AT ALL. I spend about 4 days communicating with him and he did not do anything to help me so I had to walk into the dealership and then Andrew helped me A LOT! Andrew was the BEST! Will recommend friends to Andrew. If it wasn’t for Andrew I would have gone to Auto Nation. The Dealership NEEDS more Sales people like Andrew!
The technician, Joshua who processed our order was very people friendly. He answered all the questions that I had.

there is a dealership in my location, which I went over there and didn't have a good experience. they were polite but I don't think they took me serious. When I called Groove Subaru, I was very well welcome and every single person who helped me was very polite and attentive to me and my wishes, specially Sergio Alvarez. Since the first time I called about looking for a car he was friendly and even on his days off he was always answering all my questions.
I had a very professional experience with Ryan, Brian and Andrew. Very pleased with the dealership and its people.
The service person I talked with only set my apt fir an oil change instead of the 60 mole service. You were nice enough to lend me a rental for no charge. However an $80 car rental charge was on my bill. Good thing I caught it. That was NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!! PRACTICE. I suppose most people would not have caught it and paid for it. you staff was more than helpful.
Dealer location is great and all the staff was extremely helpful when purchasing my Forrester
Esteban did an excellent job and was very patient for this first time car buyer! He was very nice and didn't beat around the bush trying to upsell me.
Brett is the best! He made sure to give me frequent updates on my car and was very good at communicating the issues that needed to be resolved. An all around great employee. I didn’t even mind dropping $1,000 because he was taking great care of me and my Subaru.
