Jared has been very helpful and accommodating. Thank you! We've done almost all of our service at Groove, where we bought this and our previous car. The prices can be a bit high, especially now that my car is older and keeps needing work, but the people have always been the best part. Jared is the latest to be helpful and clear and friendly, but we have always had positive experiences with the people at Groove.
Outstanding service beyond my expectations. Not just this visit (buffed out a paint scuff in front fender caused by a car wash w/o my asking & arranged for Lyft ride) but a previous visit regarding auto dim headlight problem. Both Ron and his daughter were extremely accommodating, efficient and got everything resolved seamlessly. Way beyond any previous experiences at any other dealer in my 60 years of driving.
