Very nice people! I did have to wait 2 hours for my oil change. I realize it was Saturday so next time I will go during the week.
The show room was clean, and full on a Saturday, but did not seem overcrowded. We had seen the Crosstrek I wanted, online, and I eventually chose that after looking at the other ones on display. (There were only a few 2024s) Everyone was very nice and was chock-full of information. Call the only irritation was who I will call the finance guy. I did not get his name.
