Pretty decent experience except that the Accord was not detailed before purchase. I think the previous owner kept it relatively clean and it was "wiped down" but it was definitely not detailed. Also not entirely sure what the warranty covers
Ryan was a huge help in getting my son's new crosstrek . ..wasn't overly pushy but was there to give input when needed ... went above and beyond.. highly recommended
Haley, the customer service manager, was fantastic. Cared for our needs immediately, make sure all of our concerns were cared for. And make sure we didn’t even have to wait. She made Groove shine!
