Travis and Groove were far beyond what we anticipated. Travis went above and exceeded anything we expected from a dealership and it’s staff. Brett took such care of my car. He was honest and fair in servicing my car by making repairs that were only truly needed. He gave me a senior discount and took care if the rental that Zi had for the day. Groove is the only Subaru Dealership in my area. They have great customer service and because of people like Brett, I am very comfortable taking my Subaru there.

The car ultimately had its issues addressed. Unfortunately the car had to be towed multiple times. The towing issue might have been abated if the power to the radio was simply cut off, until it could have been replaced.
