I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue or suggestion I have is if you disconnect the battery for repairs I know I will need to reset things bit I would appreciate it if you would set the clock.

I had a really good experience working with Esteban Rios and Joe Canny to purchase a new 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness. I felt like they did really well with explaining the process and connecting with me after my purchase to help my experience go smoothly. I still have to get some extra protection added, but I am sure it will go great based on my time so far.

Not the usual excellent service. I said I would wait (for winterize - antifreeze, 24 check service and oil/filter change). Still sitting 2 hours later when I received call and returned to service area. I cancelled incomplete service. Have bought and serviced 2 Subaru’s over past 11 years and had always received superlative service, previously.
