It was a pleasure working with the sales staff at Groove. We had many questions and when we asked one they didn't have the answer for they made sure we had the information before we moved on.

We always love how Grove is consistently courteous and always keeps us updated and informed in real time. However, they need to do a better job knowing which person is actually waiting for the service. My wife checked in and stayed at the dealership while the service and ultimate repairs were made. However, they kept calling and texting me while I was in California. It all got worked out, but might be a process to improve.
Found the problem’s and fixed them under warranty…service manager that assisted from start to finish did a great job!
Groove Subaru has been my choice for the 4 Subarus I have owned. They continue to provide excellent car sales teams and service advisors. I highly recommend them to any one wanting all-around excellent customer experience.
