The work Groove does is good work. This time I had an appointment for a Friday morning but they couldn’t get to my car until Tuesday. So I didn’t understand why I had the appointment. That was frustrating but I will continue going to them for service.

We worked with Vince on the purchase of our first new car and he made the whole experience enjoyable! He answered all of our questions, took time to walk us through the process (and all the features of our new car!), and provided us with the documents and warm hand-offs to the finance team as needed. Just leased my second Subaru with Dan Cassin. Seamless, efficient processing both times and never any pressure or upselling...
