There was an issue with the Impreza we ordered when it arrived from the factory. Subaru gave us a loaner at no cost, ordered a 2023 (what we originally ordered was a 2022) and gave us the 2022 price and we had the new car a few weeks later. Great service Grove Subaru! Also, both the loaner and purchase were a breeze!

I called Groove for an appointment and was able to get one for the very next day! Everyone was so nice while I got checked in and settled in the waiting area. They were able to diagnose my car quickly, had the part in stock, and fix the issue all within about 3 hours! Groove is definitely my new go-to Subaru dealership!
