My experience with the dealership was great, communicative and helpful. The report from the inspection was detailed and thorough. My only issue was I had a sticker for my next oil change that was removed and replaced with a different sticker, that did not include my next oil change maintenance info.
The visit was very easy from dropping off my car to picking it up. Everyone was very nice and the service was quick.
As always I was well taken care of by Groove. Not just Josh but everyone I've ever met there has been kind and helpful. Would recommend to any and everybody.
I brought my Ascent in for a recall repair that I had been told would take 1/2 day. Groove had me back in my repaired car in 30 minutes!! The staff was very friendly and professional
I can hardly say enough good things about Groove Subaru in Silverthorne! My Outback has been leaking washer juice for a couple of months now. I stopped at the dealership without an appointment, expecting that I needed to setup an appointment to have the (fairly expensive) tank replaced. Instead, they fit me in this afternoon.
