Haley was terrific! She was honest and professional through the entire process. Kept me informed at all times, and was sincerely concerned to make everything as simple as possible.
Ron Baca was exceptional. Kept me informed of timing and needs of my car, plus recommendations. And they finished before they said they would. Great customer service.
Haley always takes care of my Subaru! She is knowledgeable, patient, and always clearly explains everything needed. Thank you Haley!
Sarah was excellent from start to finish. She worked to find me the car I wanted at the rate and payment I was looking for. I'll without doubt be going back to Groove for whatever I need done with my new Forester.
This was my first time bringing the car to this dealership for service. Everyone was very kind. They had suggestions for other things that needed to be worked on on the car. When I declined there was no pushback so I didn't feel pressured. The waiting area was spacious with lots of plugs for technology. The car was done when it was promised. I will be coming back for future service appointments.
Great experience with the service team, fast, knowledgeable, open to questions and most of all very kind
