They were very kind. The only thing wrong was that the car wash was broken. Other than that the service was excellent.
They were conscientious and explained any problems my vehicle had well. They were also helpful towards making sure I got home.
Morgan was fantastic to work with. She saw my preferences from the quote history, got me a good rate, was able to include a warranty as I originally requested. She was also very aware of my time constraint and did all she could to get the paperwork completed. She personally got my sales person Scott Call and did a „warm handoff“ so he could get the vehicle from detail and get me on my way back to the restaurant. Brett did an excellent job on managing this major repair. Eli the service manager also took time to drive the vehicle with me and helped me understand a braking issue on my Outback. Brendan and Eli both listened to my frustrations with Subaru's factory extended warranty folks delay in approving the transmission repair and the extended rental car coverage. Everyone from parts, rental, service and management went above and beyond on this major repair order. Five stars plus.
