I was greeted by a very pleasant young woman who was very helpful and took care of everything.
The service was fine but after rotating my tires they forgot to put my hubcaps back on and I had to make a return visit to get my hubcaps put on.
Haley was wonderful at keeping communication with what’s going on and what needed to be done. A bit pricey but Haley helped out a lot in working with me to get the best deal possible. Also the coupon helped. Also had a bit of a stressful situation with the rental car I was given during repairs, but it couldn’t really be helped. Over all, would definitely recommend!
The service was completed in record time with the service representative constantly in touch with me to explain what was happening. She is the best representative for Groove Subaru that I have ever had.

Dropped vehicle off and the service tech knew I was needing to return to pick up vehicle. Did NOT get call that vehicle was ready nor get a response from Tech. I am disappointed the tech never called with status.
