Micah clearly communicated details of the vehicle design and upgrade options as we shopped; he was informative, but did not over-sell. Overall pricing was very competitive. When we decided on a vehicle, Micah kept us updated on its delivery, from train to pickup. No offense, but taking your car in for maintenance and repairs is not in my top 10 list. But it was such a pleasant experience. Haley was great! She was friendly and professional.
