Positive buying experience Not Practiced here Cristo Perales, of Groove Toyota, appeared friendly at first but proved his lack of maturity and professionalism when I said I had to crunch some numbers. Dissatisfied customer I brought my Scion XD in for an oil change, which always do, I purchased my car at Groove also. I have been nothing less than complimentary since I started with Groove 3 years ago, until now. The service man came out while they were doing my oil change to inform me that my cabin filter was MISSING!! Service department Was told to take my 2012 tundra elsewhere to get some work done on it and the only reason they gave me was because it has a lift.
Buyer The sales rep was nice but unfortunately inexperienced and not very honest and I was going to buy a new car but changed my mind

SCAM - DO NOT GO TO GROOVE TOYOTA Scam and unprofessional! Made an appointment for a routine oil change and tire alignment for my Lexus RX 350. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time they finally looked at my car. After another hour they told me they couldn't do the alignment due to a broken part but that it was safe to drive. I was in a rush, since again it took 3 hours since my scheduled appointment for them to do anything and I had other obligations. Won’t buy a car from groove again I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a 2019 Toyota RAV4 and my car is great. When I went through financing they wrote down the payoff of my prior loan wrong. They called me the next day to charge my credit card. I waited. And I waited over 3 weeks for them to payoff my prior loan. After visits into the dealership, another car payment on a vehicle they had possession of it finally was sorted out. Overpriced Wildly overpriced. Our sales person was nice responsive and helpful. We wanted to purchase a used vehicle that was listed more than 3k over bluebook and had high mileage. We wanted to negotiate and what they offered was laughable. Nice piece of mind warrantee on used vehicles but if you're not willing to pay WELL over market value for that small perk don't shop here.
Terrible service. Had a terrible experience with this dealership. I would not recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle here. The whole process for purchasing a vehicle was extremely painful. Don't believe a word they say I was lied to by the salesman. I was not allowed to take the car in for a pre inspection. That I could return the car back to them in a few days for a 499.00 fee. 130 point check. Not sure what they checked. All fluid levels below normal. Positive battery cable rusted and corroded.
