The WORST auto dealership experience EVER! My husband and I are mature adults and very well educated. We have worked very hard for our family and to build our very successful family business. However, I guess the salesman saw something different when he approached us. From the minute we stepped onto the lot we were treated like little kids...like idiots. Poor Business practices in Customer Satisfaction Didn't seem to care about meeting customer expectations, just about selling a car and making their $. I understand that is why a dealership exists is to make money, but you certainly aren't going to keep making $ on a repeat customer because of the crappy experience they receive. Had great prices, great vehicles, but everything else lacked past that.
