Would not return contact for a week Originally emailed about a car, they got back to me then when I responded it took another week to get back asking if I was still looking, so I bought elsewhere

Sales person who responded was rude and lied Salesmen offered to work with me and asked me to send him my competing offer from a different dealer, once I did he said good luck getting them to honor that. Turns out, they did honor it at the competing dealership and I bought the truck. After that salesmen turned me down at Groove, the sales manager called and said he could have beat the deal. Too late, your sales staff are incompetent.

Groove Toyota Macy Marsh is a man of his word. I purchased a 2001 Toyota Sequoia from him on Oct. 27th. We were unable to verify that a timing belt and water pump had been replaced in the last 90,000 miles so he had these replaced at no cost. Buying a vehicle from him is an awesome experience.
Dealer couldn't get off of the phone fast enough! I had inquired on a Subaru I saw on Cars.com. Later that day I was contacted by one of the sales reps at Toyota Scion in Denver. The car seemed to be way over priced. I told him what I was looking for, I was interested in a Subaru Outback AWD or something similar for my son. I told him we lived in the mountains and need four wheel drive. He told me I wasn't going to find anything in my price range and couldn't get off of the phone fast enough. HORRIBLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM GROOVE TOYOTA!!!!!! I bought a car from them 24 hours ago and my engine is SHOT. The brakes do not work, the abs light is on and my car keeps saying it has no traction. I was at the dealership for four hours for multiple reasons. My salesman whole family was there, we are talking, brothers, sisters, kids, cousins. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM GROOVE TOYOTA!!!! My 89 year old father bought a 2008 Mazda6 from this dealership and began to have transmission-like slipping of gears only one day after the purchase. We contacted the sales guy immediately upon noticing the problem and he recommended we continue to drive the vehicle over the weekend and bring it in on Monday if we continued to experience problems. bad customer service BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. Bad experience. The salesman was charming and I enjoyed working with him. He knew a lot about each car I test drove. He sold me a beautiful used Infiniti and assured me that the bit of rust I was seeing was just surface and repeatedly told me "you just don't need to worry about that...honestly". I spoke to 2 other staff who also reassured me that the rust was due to the recent snow and was surface only. Poor customer service- engine seized up I purchased a Certified Used 2008 Toyota Highlander in January of 2012 with about 45K miles. In November of 2012 my Highlander had an oil leak. We took the vehicle into Groove and they sprayed the engine with a white powder because they could not see the leak and doubted there was a leak. Later my husband looked under the vehicle again and it was clear with the powder spray that my engine was leaking oil.
