Sales is fine, Management/ finance forget it First let me say thank you to the sales guy Mason Schuster, he was great to work with and provided great service. Additionally the front desk CSRs, they were the most help through this process. They get the star. Now Let me tell you why they get 1 star over all. It is not the sales, it is management and finance that will screw the deal you sign for. Why? I closed my deal September 19/20th, The financing did not go through till mid/end October. 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid I was in the market for a used Toyota Avalon Hybrid when I saw that one of the most competitively-priced cars available was located not for from me in Colorado. I contacted the dealer about the car, got a response within 10 minutes, set an appointment to test drive the car the next day and drove home with it the day after that.

They made me unease so I waked away I was looking at a Jeep Cherokee that was priced well. When I saw the car it had a decent sized scratch on 1 side of the suv, the inside was not cleaned at all. They said they would detail it again and also buff out the scratch. My question became why wasn't it already done before it was put on the lot 2 months ago. I really regret giving them my business I will own Toyotas for the rest of my life. However this will be my only vehicle from groove Toyota. I love my new truck but not their service.I wish I took my business elsewhere.

Groove Toyota is my "go to" dealership! I bought my Tacoma from Groove Toyota and plan to buy a 4Runner from them as well. If any one asks, I send them to Groove to buy a car, for service, and purchase OE parts! Zach Vose has sold several of my friends Toyotas and they have said nothing but praise about him! Make Groove Toyota YOUR dealership too!

Horrible experience at 5000 mile service We took our 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited in for the 5000 mile service at Groove Toyota on Broadway South today (9/18/17). When the Highlander was returned to us, the entire front windshield was cracked and the service department refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever.

Expect very poor customer service When I purchased car car in 2015 I the salesman made several sexist comments towards my girlfriend only after I had signed the paperwork. Additionally, every time I have brought my car into service, the reps have either forgotten to do entire parts of the inspection, the oil change, or left body panels off the car. Do not expect quality service or respect here. There are lots of Toyota dealerships in the area that will give you the same deal and treat you like a human being.

Don't come here I recently purchased a highlander from Groove Toyota 1/7/17. I love the car, hence 1 star. However, as a person whom only writes positive reviews, I feel the need to warn future customers what I have been through. I would never endorse anyone use Groove for their car purchase. Initially after I purchased the vehicle, I received notification that I needed to come in asap with proof of my address. Service department Pulled into the service dept for an oil change. There were 5 guys sittings their desks either on the phone or texting on the cell phone. Waited 20 minutes , no one approached me. Walked up to the desk of one even though I am disabled service guy was not friendly. Also brought my truck in for a recall on the leaf springs. Said they had to order, never received a call. The dealership is not very ADA compliant.
