Service I just had my new sienna serviced for the first time, it was fast and easy!
Best purchase experience ever Delmar Fralick was our salesman. He was quick, to the point, no hassle and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. I have bought cars every 3 years for over 20 years and have never had this kind of experience. We were at the dealership for a total of 1 1/2 hours including the test drive. Wow! Will never work with anyone else unless he retires but he is still pretty young so I have hope. :)

Buying a car.....Groove Toyota is GREAT ! I recently bought a car here at GROOVE Toyota. Great sales and service departments We bought a used Honda CRV from Zach Nelson in the sales department and he took very good care of my mother. She was so happy with the amazing deal they were able to get her and I feel confident in her driving the newer and safer car. When she came in for her first complementary oil service, the service advisor Matt Bogel found that the oil pan and plug had an issue. competitors loss After leaving in disappointment at the next door competitor. I seen a truck in the used car department at Groove toyota. Macy treated me the way I should of been treated next door. Even though Macy had another customer he made me comfortable with the time he gave me. And though I spent a little more than I wanted Macy made me feel great for my purchace,thanks again.
Treated like royalty I did not have a big budget but wanted a certified used car. Macy and Delmar were totally awesome and worked with me to get within my budget. I really feel they would not have treated someone with loads of money better than they did me. The car is the best I could have found for what little I could pay, being on a fixed income. While waiting, several other staff members, like the new car manager and sales manager checked in on me. Do not hesitate to go there as soon as you want a car!
