Excellent experience We visited this dealership based on a referral and found the entire buying experience was awesome. Our sales person Jack shyong was very knowledgable and provide my wife and I with several options to make sure we found the perfect vehicle in our budget. We bought two cars to replace out two that received major hail damage. The General Manager Robb Edwards was awesome as well and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our experience.
great place Some dealers took a long time to get back with me, but at Toyota groove, they contacted me very quickly. They invited me for a test drive, and worked with me to help me get the best deal possible. I was pleased with the overall service, and they way they treated me while looking for a car, which can be quite stressful.
Good Followup The response to my query was quick and prompt. I did not purchase the vehicle from them but it was a good experience talking to them.
Used car purchase We shopped Groove Toyota because they advertised a used car that we were looking specifically for. Hoang Nguyen was very nice, good to work with and he made us feel comfortable. Lee Cook also was very very helpful. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and a very good deal on the car we purchased. Although we live out-of-state and spent 5 hours getting to Groove Toyota, It was worth the trip for us and I look forward to buying another car from Groove Toyota in Englewood CO.

Great Service. Excellent experience! My name is Felipe. I walked into Groove Toyota at around 7pm (after work) to look at a car I had seen online. I was quickly greeted. Then I proceeded to ask for Macy, the sales man I had spoken to over the phone earlier that day. He happened to be very polite and helpful. He walked me through the entire process and even stayed after hours to make sure I was happy with my decision. Excellent experience!
Amazing Service I have had nothing but praise for this dealership. Patrick was a great salesperson to work with at Groove. They had the car we were looking for at a great price. They have gone out of their way to make sure that we have been taken care of since our purchase. Today one of the managers took care of a concern that I had and made sure that it would be taken care of promptly.
