Youcef Smail- Great Service and Good to his Word I bought a 4Runner from Youcef. He made me a great deal and was a pleasure to work with, no high pressure or talking me into more. Great service I went to Groove Toyota to check out two used 4runners that I saw online. Web site was very helpful, gave me access to all information I needed to know about the vehicles. I called to ask if the vehicles were still available and spoke to Macy, who later assisted me with my trade in and purchase. He was great, knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn't pressure me to make a decision. The whole experience was made easy and I ended up with a great mechanically sound car.

First Timer I leased a 2015 Rav4 last week at Groove Toyota Scion in Englewood. Macy was GREAT! Excellent experience at Groove I worked with Macy who was extremely knowledgable and got me exactly what I asked for. Certified Car Program Just bought a 2009 Tahoe Hybrid from them and we had two unexpected maintenance issues come up during the warranty period. Groove handled them superbly. They were very responsive to the getting the issues fixed and kept me in the loop with the status.
