great service and great deal... right away! When it was time to buy a new car, I did what too few people do nowadays: I actually shopped around different car dealerships by actually visiting them one by one. Best Service Experience with any Product I took my car in for service the week before last, and it happened that the service manager took care of me because there was a short line. He actually listened to me as I described what was going on with my truck. He asked me questions instead of assuming that I knew the answer. Always a great experience Within the past year I was looking to purchase a vehicle - and wasn't sure what exactly I was looking for. The staff at Groove Toyota took their time to show me different vehicles until I made my decision. Even though it was a busy day for the dealership (as it was a Saturday) I was able to get all of my paperwork completed and on my way to enjoy my new vehicle.
