Called regarding an emergency (anxiety voice) accused of being hostile. They made me cry & all I was trying to do was help my 10 1/2 week puppy. Yes pup finally got in for vet visit puppy still sick. Confusing diagnosis but they all ganged up on me wrote me a letter!🐾🐾 I appreciate not being a victim I’m only one person. I’m not the first to panic & I won’t be the last. This is about a sick puppy that cannot speak for himself
