On January 4th we lost our dear old man, Merlin. We took him to a vet that was not ours since we were traveling! I let Grove Veterinary Clinic know since they are our vets. I got the sweetest, handwritten note where each person mentioned our beloved old man. This both made me cry, and made my heart swell with love for these amazing vets! I would recommend this animal hospital to any one looking to treat there fur baby's the doctors and technicians are amazing understanding and very insightful could'nt have ask for better help for my pooch and myself thank you Grove you're amazing
These are great people, very caring, compassionate, and professional. I always receive a follow-up call a day or two after an office visit, just to check and see that everything is going alright. One of the veterinarians even sacrificed her lunch hour when one of my cats needed an emergency dental extraction, so I can definitely say they go the extra mile.
