Lee Hardin helped make the process of buying a home better than we could have imagined. He was patient with our (glacial) process, resourceful, prompt, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. Likewise, members of his closing team were simultaneously efficient and personable. This was not our first home purchase, but was by far the most seamless. Right from the start, the closing process was a breeze. Nicole and her team were efficient and provided guidance through the process. Jason was very helpful throughout the whole home purchasing process. I liked most that he was very responsive at almost any time of the day. If he was unavailable, he was able to get his team to help with any issues. We also appreciated the fact that he was willing and able to negotiate interest rates and help us get the best deal that we could. We are very happy that we used Jason and Guaranteed Rate.
