I wanted to Refinance my home so I tried togo through my original bank. Even though I have never been late on a payment they turned me down. Paul and his team were extremely friendly, organized and efficient. They guided my wife and myself step by step through the process answering any questions we had. The subject really says it all. We were struggling with our initial contact that we defaulted to and thanks to our realtor were redirected to Jeremiah and his team.
