I was referred by my realtor to Tracy who helped me with obtaining a pre-approval letter and subsequently a loan to purchase a single family home in Braintree. Tracy was quick and responsive. Everything was completed online and over the phone, however the process can’t be any smoother. We were clear to close way ahead of schedule and I am thankful for such a pleasant experience!

I have worked with Nick for what feel like forever now. My initial experience with him was to see where I was financially in regard to buying a home... he was thorough with letting me know what was on my credit and what needed to be done. fast forward a year or so later I purchased a home!! he always checked up on me to make sure i was working toward this and kept InTouch. He did so well I had him even refinance my fathers home.
Giovanni did a GREAT job!! He helped me a lot during the whole buying process. He always was fast to answer all questions and doubts. I appreciated his transparency during the entire process, about fees, costs, and closing. Very helpful as a first time home buyer. I definitely recommend him!!
