Brendan was extremely patient with our questions and our situation. We were first time home buyers and applying for a VA loan (both come with a set of challenges). Matthew and the others I worked with on my recently closed refinancing were great at explaining confusing documents, keeping me up to date on the refinancing process, and otherwise making sure the process went very smoothly. I started the process by also contacting other lenders, that quoted slightly lower rates, but I quickly backed away due to their lack of contact and follow-up I would definitely recommend Matthew and his team for a great rate and complete follow through.

My Realtor recommended that I reach out to Tim and his team. Despite the fact that he was inundated with work due to the hot real estate market in CT, Tim turned our mortgage application, pre-approval, and loan around in under 30 days. I know I imposed on Tim and his team at a time when they were buried with work, but Tim took the time to guide me through the process, helped me explore my options, and once I chose a direction he moved very quickly.
