Eric was there for me when I needed him most. He was able to close on a deal that I didn’t even think was possible. Him and his team are very professional and work with you to do whatever they need to do to close the deal. His response times are always same day and he definitely works extremely hard. I would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat! Very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and all around great to work with.

I don't normally write reviews unless the service greatly exceeded expectations or fell greatly below. Mike firmly falls into the former. For starters, he really knows his stuff. He's knowledgeable and transparent. He contextualized his recommendations with market data and was up to date on the latest rate trends. Beyond his skillset, he was very accomodating, easily reachable, and has a contagious personality. I'd 100% recommend him and plan to use him for similar services in the future.

We recently bought a home in Sagle, Idaho. Lee Harding did our loan documents. This was quite the adventure. There were many unforeseen road bumps; this purchase was a challenge. Lee helped make it easy. He was a pleasure to work with, and kept thing moving in a flawless manner. He was always available and easy to get a hold of. The document signing and explanations were very well completed. We were very happy and pleased with the process.
