Linda was absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She’s efficient, punctual, and friendly. Most importantly, she truly had our best interest at heart throughout our entire home purchase. My husband and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her! I'm far from knowledgeable about financial things, so when a friend suggested i refinance my house to take advantage of the current low rates I was hesitant. Andrew made the process easy and was extremely patient when I asked question after question - sometimes even asking the same question more than once. He offered us multiple options on our refinance and suggested but never insisted on anything we did.
Alexander Daniel Titus was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable loan officer I have ever worked with. He helped me to obtain the mortgage loan for my new house smoothly and straightforward. My mortgage loan situation was complicated but Alexander was able to help me to get approved with the best mortgage rate compared to the other lenders and we just closed the deal today on 03/31/2021. I'd like to thank Alexander very much for making my mortgage loan successful. Alexander is truthfully excellent and smart loan officer.
Rick and his team are excellent. I trust Rick and actually told him that colleagues of mine had found lower rates, but I trusted Rick to look after my best interests.
Sherry and the team at Guild Mortgage are the absolute best! They answered any questions we had almost immediately. They sent weekly updates on the status of our mortgage so we never had to wonder what was going on behind the scenes. I would recommend them to anyone!
