Their use of contemporary technology for verification of employment, assets and to speed / aid the collection of docs was amazing. I’ve purchased / refinanced 8-10 properties and this was the smoothest process I’ve experienced to date. Val was outstanding in every step of the way throughout the refinance process. She is an expert in all phases, very transparent and someone I felt I could trust.

Rich and his crew did an outstanding job for us. We had refinanced with him back in July 2020. After looking at the rates go down, we asked if he would help refi again at a lower rate. He did so and saved us money by not needing a new apparaisal and on some other fees as well. All of this while he was going to undergo surgery the day we closed. Highly recommend him.
