Jason and his team were very helpful in getting a great rate during a crazy pandemic time. We had a few hiccups at the end of process which makes the rating 4 stars & not 5 but overall a great experience.

The best compliment I can pay to Guaranteed Rate (GR) is that I am a repeat customer. Had two refinances as well as a purchase) and I worked with two teams (one led by Paul Zgalich and the other led by Jason Griesser). Paul, Jason, and their teams did a great job amidst a very busy year of financing. The application process was very easy and reasonable. Their communications were timely and kept me apprised of the process every step of the way. The closing processes proceeded very smoothly. Highly recommend!
Refinancing or obtaining a mortgage can be a daunting task. Not with Marc Calicchio. From the first phone call, until I signed the papers sealing the deal, the process was probably the smoothest I have ever had (and I have financed or refinanced mortgages 6 times over the last 30 years).
