We chose Will as our lender for both of our home purchases and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Will is very experienced and took time to explain everything to us. There is a lot of information to take in and Will made sure we understood everything we were signing. Will also kept the process in motion by pushing the other party when information was needed in order to stay on schedule.

He receives and responds to every single text message right away, takes the time to explain everything and make sure you understand. Offers ways to help. Joe and Guaranteed Rate is completely digital which simplifies many, many things. He is always on the ball and I always knew I could count on him. Can't ask for more than that. I have a personal friend who is also a broker and offered to help. There was no comparison to the support, attention and information delivered by Joe compared to the friend. that is how good he is.

Marc was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone conversation I had with him. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with the refinance. The first time I met Marc Calicchio he said he'll make the refi process worry free and effortless. He did just that and more. There are not enough good words to praise this gentleman.
