Erica Page and her team at Lending Path Mortgage made the process easy, and made us feel like we were the most important client. My initial call to Erica was after 5:00pm, but she didn't rush or make us feel like we were a bother. Her team was efficient, responsive, informative and understanding. No one really likes the paperwork of buying a new home, but Erica Page and her team made it totally painless, actually it was enjoyable.

Not only is Sean very knowledgeable but also very communicative and attentive to the buyer's needs. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process, even when we only had less than a month to close escrow. He worked hard during the weekends to ensure that nothing fell through the cracks, and kept us up-to-date with every progress. We could always count on him to reply to any texts or emails, and respond to any of our novice questions with grace.
