So impressive when I saw all this good comments , but unfortunately I have a very bad experience , I was trying to get loan from them and bought a house and I talked with Brother Khalil on 2020 after a phone conversation he advised me to apply next year due to some issue with my income , then this year I called him more then 10 times with several voicemails bu never replied to me then I changed my mind and applied through UIF that fortunately we just Get the house 🔑 . My husband has been trying to get an answer from them about refinancing our home with them since early September, but no one has contacted him despite him calling many times. Every time he called, he was transferred to voice-mail. I was finally able to talk to a person by the name of Nabil Eid. He told me that they needed more information from us, but no one told us that. Guidance Residential means mis-commitment, mis/no communication, misleading and hidden charges/hiding information till last moment to ensure you don't go away. Be ready for all kind of bad surprises, the worst decision that one can make is to finance a house through them.Â
very bad experience they charge more for every thing and to slow process I would not recommend them for any one Â
