I went to ask for services and was sent to 3 different buildings. The guys came out, were nice, seemed capable but lacked the training needed. I also had to pick roofing nails up from all around my house. I went with a big company name to ensure a positive outcome, and that did not work out in my favor. I also paid 3 times more than some were asking.
USE MY EXPERIENCE AS A LESSON, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR REPAIRS My wife and I used Guy Roofing in the past, but using them for a repair following Hurricane Helene has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They inspected my roof, promising an estimate in 3-4 days, but never followed up. I called several times to no avail.

I had a terrible experience with Guy Roofing, poor communication and a lack of integrity. They were recommended by my insurance company to fix my home after an April storm in Rock Hill. However, after replacing the roof and siding, a nail from the siding punctured a pipe, causing a leak that led to floor damage. This forced me to cancel the rest of the work and hire another company for window replacement, which was much more professional and communicative. I strongly advise others to avoid Guy Roofing.
