I went to ask for services and was sent to 3 different buildings. The guys came out, were nice, seemed capable but lacked the training needed. I also had to pick roofing nails up from all around my house. I went with a big company name to ensure a positive outcome, and that did not work out in my favor. I also paid 3 times more than some were asking.
USE MY EXPERIENCE AS A LESSON, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR REPAIRS My wife and I used Guy Roofing in the past, but using them for a repair following Hurricane Helene has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Guy Roofing utterly refused to work with our insurance company.
