Nasty company they dont pay the subcontractors and they dont pay for many materials installed on the roof dont work for then they will fuc.. you for anything
I've heard nasty things in roofing page here on fb, apparently they don't pay roofing crews
They literally came out gave us a quote for a repair in writing. We paid them and signed a contract. Literally a week later they called us and said they made a mistake and under charged us by 10,000 approximately and now could not do the repair. We were very disappointed. I really thought that this was a reputable business. We are in the process of turning the company in.
We are a military family living overseas when we had roof damage from a hurricane. The roof was replaced by Guy Roofing in Feb 2019. We are currently selling our home and the inspector found 2 shingles that slipped and were not installed properly. When I called to inquire about fixing the workmanship I was told the warranty had expired (in February, btw) and they do not work in our area anymore anyway. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. It is important to deal with others fairly something Guy Roofing doesn't understand.

My wife and I hired Guy Roofing Inc to fix our roof. They did terrible work, there were constant miscommunications, they backed out of 2 contracts, and we had to have someone else fix the problem. They do not value customers. They lied about what happened so they wouldn’t have to refund our money. Do not hire them. If you are already using them, record everything and make them put every single thing in writing or they will lie and say you are lying.
We have been dealing with this co. for 3 1/2 yrs. It started when about 6 or 7 guys that couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English ,none of them had identification to show they were from Guy Roofing ,who were dropped off from a white van carrying suit cases (that held tools). They got started and it started to rain needless to say there was a leak that came through to the inside ceiling . The warranty was not supposed to be active until your balance was paid in full, but we did all the additional work requested in good faith.
