Complete crooks replaced a few shingles and charged me 3 times the actual cost. The invoice was heavily padded with over $500 in labor for a 30-minute job. They split the job into 2 appointments so they could charge double for labor even though it was a tiny repair. They changed me labor for 4 guys with one doing the work and the other 3 standing there. I was trying to get a quote from them for my 95 year old mother but they refused to give me a quote unless they spoke to her.
This roof patch looks awful. It’s two entirely different colors. $5700 for a small patch job on an elderly widows home and didn’t bother to match the shingle color! The rep who sold this job isn’t interested in even looking at the eye sore in this community caused by them!! He told the home owner that they only had two colors in stock to choose from. Outrageous! If you can’t match the existing shingles DON’T ACCEPT THE JOB! Is this how you’d want your mother treated??? You should be ashamed!!
they lied to us wouldn't tell us what it cost said they would turn it into our insurance we said we didn't have 1000 dollars deductible he said don't worry I'll turn in some other damages to cover it but he didn't an Guy roofing wouldn't do anything about it they fired the guy that told us that an they were supposed to use a medal detector and pick up all those nails they didn't an they busted light fixtures done other damages to the house I could go on an on we had to pick up nails for days an I stepped on 1 an fell hurt my... read more
Nasty company they dont pay the subcontractors and they dont pay for many materials installed on the roof dont work for then they will fuc.. you for anything
