Thanks for the great service! Found myself in immediate need of repair for my a/c unit, which had backed up and was about to overflow onto my ceiling. Called at 2:30 and by 4:00 Gary arrived and removed all the standing water and cleared the clog, etc. for a very reasonable price. He was great! Thanks

My first expereince wiht Guy Smith, was AWESOME by the way..... I have never had to use an AC company until now....I called, explained my circumstance. Where as with the current heat wave it is undertandable that I would have to wait a day or so for service HOWEVER they made accommodations and came out within hours, diagnosed the problem based off of what I told them almost before they even opened the unit new what was wrong. Great Company I have had this company out to work on my equipment many times over the years and have always been treated fairly. Their employees always take the time to answer all of my questions courteously and patiently. I recommend them to all of my friends. They always call before they come and after the work is finished to make sure I am happy. They are very competitive with pricing and perform all the required maintenance for my equipment. Keep up the good work guys!

Fast, Affordable Service Experience I have used this company for years. Yes, there have been times they were not able to make it to my home as scheduled, but they always called and worked with me. I understand that sometimes there is another person out there who may need them more quickly than I do ... like if they have no heat ... and if I'm just waiting for my checkup I am more than willing to help them out by waiting and it was nice to be called first. Guy Smith Heating and Cooling Guy Smith is a company that can repair your ac or heating unit. I have used them for years and they are the most trustworthy. They are fast,reliable, and good at what they do. They charge to come out and diagnose the problem. However if you choose to go with them they will take that amount off your bill.

"Old School is STILL the BEST School"! My husband and I found ourselves in a cold house on Sunday, 12/7/14 due to a burned out motor in our furnace. Called a company that came out right away and assured us that all would be well by Tuesday. A Very Responsive Company Had a heating and air conditioning unit that was very old finally quit on us this past very cold winter. Guy Smith was the only company that was able to get a technician out to us in the cold. The technician was very capable and able to get us back on line and convince us that our 30 year old unit needed replacing. Dishonest, Incompetent and Rude I wish I had read reviews about them before. They sold me thousands of dollars in parts that it turned out, I never needed. The worst company that I ever used. - "One Hour Heating" or "Smith and Keene" both seem to be pretty good.
