The Best Had our semi-annual heating and cooling unit service today. Our favorite technician John came, completed service and informed us of other offers to help our situation. Very friendly,professional,and informative.

Excellent Service Call The serviceman ( Phil) who checked out the heat pump is thorough and knowledgeable. He also did the inspection on the previous visit. I like him a lot. I have one suggestion... It would be nice if the serviceman/woman would put on a pair of booties in case he/she has oil, etc on the bottom of their shoes.
Guy Smith Heating and Cooling Fantastic service from the technician from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling! Starting with the office staff for scheduling the appointment for service, to the very knowledgable technician. The technician, Phil, was very polite and informative. He diagnosed the problem shortly after inspecting the unit, let me know what the problem was and listed the options available to remedy the problem. He was very patient with me and my battery of questions. He performed a neat and thorough job, well done!
Persistent and diligent.. they get the job done! I'm so pleased with this company, I really don't know where to start. Hands down they're the cheapest..in fact they're so affordable that I kept asking.."and does that price included everything?" Excellent Service All Aroind! Called first thing this morning for a unit that was not cooling properly. Kathy was very pleasant, cheerful and eager to help address the issue. The technician (Marcus) were able to make it out same day, fixing the issue right away. The cost was also very reasonable and quite competitive. I couldn't be more happy with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling.
Superb Support Excellent company. Our air conditioner was not working. We called two other repair places. One never answered his phone (he may have retired). The other said they could be there in two weeks. We saw good reviews for Guy Smith and decided to give them a call. They answered "How can we make you smile?" and that was their proven philosophy.
