Excellent Service Technician was friendly and informative. He walked around the first floor and measured the heat coming from the vent and all was good. Very positives and on time.

Best Heating and Cooling Company Guy Smith Heating and Cooling stands behind its products and the warranty. Our technician, Brian, is wonderful. I feel comfortable with what he says is going on with a system. We have 2 units, one installed by Guy Smith and one not but Guy Smith is now the company that takes care of both units.

Great service! They have fixed my original system for years and when the A/C gave out, they replaced it. I have been on the schedule to have the system checked twice a year. They always call in advance to confirm the date, then they call when the tech is leaving their last call. They are HAPPY people and great to deal with - I trust them.

Guy Smith's service was fantastic today! Guy Smith came out today to service our AC unit and we couldn't be happier with their service. We called another company first, who's office staff told us they couldn't give us any estimates prior to coming out, saying it was up to the technician but when the tech called to schedule the appointment, they said the prices were determined by the office staff. Guy Smith Heating & Cooling Had problems with A/C. Your representative was timely and informative in making temporary repairs and making recommendations for replacement of unit. Unit cost was reasonable (including discounts). He made repeated return calls as old unit broke down awaiting installation parts.. Installation of new unit was made approximately 5 days after initial diagnosis. very pleased with services. OTIS FULLMER

Commercial Heating and Cooling repair Bryan, the service representative from Guy Smith did an outstanding job, extremely professional and solve a 2 year problem that other companies were not able to do. He stuck with the job, went above and beyond just a service call, installation and repair.
