Heat Pump Semi-Annual Maintenance Check From the time that Nate Cook arrived late morning, I could tell I was in good hands. After a short time in checking the units, Nate found a small refrigerant leak and recommended various courses of action. Warrenty Service Guy Smith Heating did my semi annual checkup of my units. They did a thorough inspection and maintenance job. Also made some suggestions for some additional service items but put no pressure on me to purchase anything immediately. I recommend Guy Smith service whole heartedly.

Annual Spring Cooling System Assessment The tech rep who performed the assessment today was efficient, courteous, and thorough. When he noted that the starting capacitor was reading low, he replaced it on the spot without any problems, and explained what he was doing along the way. His assessment was flawless, and I highly recommend him for an "attaboy" and I also recommend Guy Smith as a preferred HVAC service agency. And they have done so for many years. John Allen

Lyvers T Shaun was knowledgable and constantly informed me of his steps to troubleshoot the system. Even though the a coil is only four years old he explained that internal leaks do occur. The company will return the following day and install a new coil. Thankfully it is still under warranty.

honest, exemplary service I cannot praise the service and honesty of this company enough. I have used them off and on for the past 30 years and have always had wonderful servce; however, this time they have gone above and beyond. My 14 year old heating system is on it's last leg. Nate, my technician has come out several times and has done verything he can to keep it going. "Old School is STILL The BEST School!" My husband and I found ourselves in a cold house on Sunday, 12/7/14 due to a burned out motor in our furnace. Called a company that came out right away and assured us that all would be well by Tuesday. Polite and professional. I have been using the services of Guy Smith Heating & Cooling for over 7 years. The service tech arrived as scheduled soon after the office called saying he was on his way. He performed the semi-annual service call in a very professional and timely manner and the office called afterwards to make sure my needs had been met. I would not hesitate to continue using their services.
