Excellant Work I have been using Guy Smith heating and cooling for my heat pumps since back in the 1990's. I have always had great results with them. They now have a relatively new technician, Gerald Kearney. He has been at my house on several unrelated issues. He is extremely thorough in performing the preventive maintenance. Just this week, using his own Freon leak detector, he found a Freon leak in my condenser coil. Luckily, my system was barely within its warranty. Sep 27 service Recent repair work required on my heat pump was considered as excellent service. Technicians explained the problems as they were found and repaired them in a timely manor considering parts were not on the truck. Unit is fully functional today.
