Guy Smith I have been doing business with Guy Smith for at least 20 years. They have always been courteous and professional. For the most part, they have always been able to provide same day service unless there was a part they had to order. I would high recommend them!

Check Air Conditioning Unit I was thoroughly impressed with the young man that came to do maintenance (if applicable) on my air conditioning unit. He found two problems with the outside unit, hard start capacitor and dual capacitor. He had me go outside so he could show me the problem (excessive rust) on contacts and capacitor itself. I had him replace both. I would recommend Guy Smith Heating and Cooling to everyone.

Service I have been with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for over ten years. Their service is always exceptionally good and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The technicians always take time to service your units and are very proactive in letting you know what your unit needs before it fails.
